BaTiO3 as a simple metal compounds have ferroelectric properties. Because ofthe excellent dielectric properties, BaTiO3 dielectric ceramic has been widely used inhigh temperature field ,such as X7R or X8R type capacitor. The thesis research of theX9R dielectric ceramic materials are developed base on the BaTiO3-base X8Rdielectric ceramics.This paper analyzes the structure of BaTiO3 crystal, by using the XRD, SEM,laser particle size analyzer and other modern microscopic analysis method to analyzeall the preparation process of guiding the experiment process.Firstly, through doping the Pb(Ti0.55,Sn0.45)O3 into BaTiO3 the system Curie peakposition will be shifted to 150℃around, and adjust proportion of the BaTiO3 in thesystem.Secondly, by adjusting the sintering process and manufacture technology tooptimize BaTiO3 ceramic dielectric properties of the system.Thirdly, milling time for 10 hours get when grain wll initial particle size canwhich not only realize grain size enough refining and can prevent grain reunionhappens. Finally discussed the sintering process of barium titanate dielectric ceramicbase.Finally, Contrast the dielectric properties of BaTiO3-base samples,under thedifferent sintering temperatures and holding time, and determined that X9Rdielectric ceramics will be sintered 1075℃for 2 hours as the best sintering curve.That the X9R system with the following parameters were gained under testfrequency f=1 kHz: sintering temperature 1075℃, dielectric constantε≥1700,tanδ≤1.5%, -15%<Δε/ε<15% in the region of -55℃~+200℃, insulation resistanceρ>1014Ω/cm.
