In recent years along with the development of Internet technology, computer crime cases showed multiple and rising trend. As the main means of the network intrusion、network fraud、pornographic website and the spread of harmful information, computer crime brought great loss to the country and the masses of the people’s production and life. Therefore, preventing and cracking down computer crimes、protecting computer network and information system have great meaning to social stability and harmony, national development and construction.This article analyses about the Ethernet transmission and network monitoring technology application and development, which researches the technology of the broadband network data capture and restoration. Using of these techniques we test and certify the action of user. The paper presents a composite system called "3 in 1",which contains the network data analysis、user authentication management and network security. Using such a system, we can audit user’s online behavior log remotely, detect the harmful information timely, deploy the audit strategy rapidly. Thus we can manage the Internet information effectively, improve the utility of the terminal equipment, improve work efficiency, save manpower and material resources.The key technology of the system : 1、The technology of data capture and restoration basing on the broadband network ; 2、the technology of Ethernet transmission and network monitoring ; 3、the deployment of audit strategy.At present, this system has been used preliminarily.
