The rapid development of mobile communication and the increasing demand of multi-media service on mobile terminals have driven the deployment of multi-media service in mobile network. Meantime, with the growth of the number of the multi-media service user, to improve the scalability of the system’s capacity, the use of P2P (Peer-to-Peer) technology in mobile streaming data transmission becomes a hot topic.Due to the poor channel quality, limited bandwidth resource, mobility of the peer etc, the quality of the mobile P2P streaming that the user acquired is lower. This paper focus on the peer selection and data scheduling scheme of the QoS guarantee scheme in mobile P2P streaming, and conducted in-depth research of them.In peer selection aspect, firstly, QoS guarantee scheme of mobile P2P streaming is introduced; the existing peer selection schemes are summarized then. Against the deficiencies of the existing schemes, a peer selection scheme based on the load balance between the cells suitable for mobile network is proposed with the Analytic Hierarch Process (AHP) and the Grey Correlation Analysis. The simulation results show that the proposed peer selection scheme can improve the throughput of both the terminal and the network, and so the quality of the streaming that the user acquired is enhanced.In data scheduling aspect, the differences between the quality measurement of layered streaming and non-layered streaming and the corresponding challenges are analysed, then the existing data scheduling schemes are summarized. A data scheduling scheme—MLayerP2P to be used in mobile layered streaming is proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the data scheduling scheme improve the QoS of the steaming that get by the mobile terminal in mobile P2P streaming.At last, the paper is summarized and research contents next step is pointed out.
