| Objective:the purpose of this study was to explore the effects of four weeks hypoxic swimming training on IgAã€IgGã€IgM and cortisol of male SD rats’ blood serum,and to investigate the regulatory effects of cortisol to Ig.in order to explore the mechanism of humoral immunity in the hypoxic training.Methods:fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, ten rats in each group.HiCo:rats lived in hypoxic apartment 24h/d; HiHi:rats lived in hypoxic apartment 22.5h/d,trained at hypoxic apartment 1.5h/d;HiLo:rats lived in hypoxic apartment 22.5h/d,trained at common environment 1.5 h/d;LoCo:rats lived in common environment 24h/d;LoLo:ratslived in common environment 22.5h/d,trained at common environment 1.5h/d.before formal training,HiHiã€HiLo and LoLo take adaptable training of a week,and then take four weeks’ formal training (1.5 h/d,6d/wk).the hypoxic apartment is equivalent to height above sea level 4000 meters,the rats were sampled after four weeks training, the concentration of IgAã€IgGã€IgM and cortisol was detected.Results:1.after four weeks of experiment,the IgAã€IgG and IgM of five groups’ blood serum represent the trend of HiHi>HiLo>HiCo>LoCo>LoLo.2.the cortisol of five groups represent the trend of HiHi<HiLo<HiCo<LoCo<LoLo,but there was no significant difference in the groups(P>0.05).3.there was no significant difference in the correlation of cortisol and Ig,besides between the cortisol and IgM in HiHi,and between the cortisol and IgG in LoCo.Conclusion:1.the most negative impact to rats’ humoral immunity is HiHi,then is HiLo and HiCo.When hypoxic training,we should consider the reduce of body fluid immunity ability,and avoid the influence of the reduce to training.2.When the Stimulation of Hypoxia and Training Deepen,cortisol Increased Gradually.3.There are some corelations in the cortisol and body fluid immunity ability. |
