The2012"National Training Plan "on curriculum standards recommendedthat:"The training process should play the main role of the trainees, create thesituation to make the trainees involved.Under the guidance of experts and throughexperience to enhance the students educational and teaching practical ability......payattention to the innovation of training to make the it more attractive.To focus oninnovation of training.We should not only change the traditional way of training, butalso promote the training with information technology.To this end,this studyconform to the demands of the development of teacher training,we use microlectureas the carrier,the questionnaire survey,case studies and research methods toexplore the experiential teacher training based on micro lecture. And try to buildmicro lecture based experiential teacher training model. The text is divided into fivechapters.Chapter1: Introduction. Analysis and summary of the research background,research content and research methods, and elaborated the significance of thethesis.Chapter Ⅱ: Mainly to define related concept and analyze the domestic andinternational research status.Chapter Ⅲ: Describe the theoretical basis of the study, and use it as a basis ofthe initial construction of the training model. Use” principals leadership of theinformation age” as a case study to research the training model.Chapter Ⅳ: This chapter mainly analyzes the shortcomings of the initial model,and provides propose solutions to correct the model. Put the modified model intoactual implementation.Chapter Ⅴ: Summarize the thesis. Summarize the contribution and limitations ofthe study, and put forward the outlook for future research.
