| In the21st century, science and technology developed rapidly and had a breakthrough in all aspects. Because of the emergence of a variety of high-tech products, people’s lives improved a lot. Smart phones had changed the habits of people’s daily life. Playing games with smart phones had been very common in people’s leisure life. When you walk through the streets, restaurants, cafes, libraries or parks, you can see many people playing games with smart phones. Nowadays, smart phones based on Android platform are the most popular phones and the games based on Android platform also attract many people’s attention.Educational games can serve as a bridge between the education and the game. How to develop the educational games on the Android platform is studied in this paper for the prevalence of the Android mobile phone games. With the guidance of the ADDIE model and key technologies about the Android system, educational games are developed based on theories like constructivist learning theory, mobile learning theory, immersed theory and games learning theory and so on. After going through all related reference materials and putting into practice in the company, design principles of educational games based on platform are summarized. These principles aim at both educational games and entertainment of games. So how to integrate content of education into educational games and avoid the answer-style educational games and increase the fun of games is the key of these principles.From the viewpoint of game education,"group word Lianliankan" is designed and implemented in this paper. This game combines the form of traditional "Lianliankan" with the main points of Chinese characters. It is helpful to learners for the Pinyin tagging and the speed of learners’reaction.
