In2011, the state promulgated the Compulsory EducationGeography Standards, in the first half of2012, the seventh gradegeography textbook revision is completed and put into use."Activesystem" in the materials is an important part of teaching materials, Thisarticle will discuss the book published by the People’s Education Press,2012Grade geography textbook "active system" composition, functionanalysis and carry out instructional design. On this basis, the articleproposed the teaching suggestions to the textbooks users.This article consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction; the introduction explained thesource and the significance of the topics, current research, researchobjectives and research content, research ideas and methods. In this paper,through the instructional design of the analysis of the content andfunctionality of the teaching activities, the answer sets of grade7geography and13typical examples on activities, provide a reference fortextbook users. Research ideas is collecting information on thecurriculum standards, analyzing textbooks thematic, designing the typicalexamples of activities successively, and using a combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the content, type, function of the "active system".The second part is the analysis of PEP seventh grade geographytextbooks active system, including the contents of the active systemanalysis, type analysis and functional analysis. Content analysis of thecontents of the active system, content classification, which summarizesthe contents of the active system characteristics, The contents of thecomposition are the12activities in the first chapter, the five activities inthe second chapter,11Activities in the third chapter,8Activities in thefourth Chapter,3activities in the fifth chapter. According to the differentintellectual property,12activities belong to the Earth and Maps,16activities are the physical geography of the world geography General,11activities are World Geography General Human Geography. At last getfive points Features:(1) active system exist progressive relationship;(2)the choice of activities and students’ real life closely related;(3) Activesystem capacity is more reasonable than the original materials;(4) therehave a variety of information carriers to show active content;(5) there isan active step in the activities set it apparent or implied. In accordancewith the activities of the different forms of type analysis is divided intothree main categories and13subcategories, get the conclusion of thecharacteristics of the activities of the various types of activities. Inaccordance with the "knowledge and skills","process", Functionalanalysis80questions of the39activities individually and statistic the proportion of the target in the whole event system, drawn after theactivities several features of the system functions.The third part is the teaching design of the Grade Seven geographyTextbooks active system, the design is mainly based on the characteristicsand features of the above studies activities.80questions of the39activities were individually analyzed about instructional design andextra-curricular activities instructional design,13subcategories activitiesto each One example about the instructional design of80questionsactivities will be described in this article will discuss, and the rest on theappendix for readers to read.The fourth part is the author’s teaching suggestions which arefollowing points: pay special attention to the analysis of the target in thedesign of the activity; activities designed to take advantage of theprogressive relationship between the content and guide students tocomplete the activity process, Develop the ability of students to useknowledge to solve geographic problems; rational allocation of activetime teaching activities according to the degree of importance and thedegree of difficulty of the activities; activities designed according to thecharacteristics of different types of activities, in order to ensure therelevance and effectiveness of the activities of instructional design.
