Class is the main place for students’daily study and life, elementary student’s psychological characteristic decided to their moral growth has dependencies to the class. In recent years, research on class construction has become a hot topic, and among them, the education workers put more attention into the class culture construction, which is an important field. Through the existing research, we learned the class culture is an important kind of hidden moral education curriculum, and has very important value of moral education. Class culture construction has a subtle role for primary school students" moral development. But unfortunately this kind of hidden moral education curriculum has not been made a good use of:moral education value of class culture construction is ignored. The class culture construction only stays in the external form, and appears dissimilation phenomenon, which cause the moral education function of class culture failure.This research will first focus on the relationship of elementary class culture construction and the elementary student moral development, through the consult literature, expounds the class culture connotation, reading primary school students physical and mental development dependence of class culture and the important role of class culture for elementary school students moral know development. Second, stepping into the primary school class, through field observation and interview, found the problem of class culture moral education function failure. Through the description of the phenomenon of problem.I want cause the attention of the problem, thus to analyze the causes of problems and the reason from the external and internal two aspects to explore. Based on this, puts forward the targeted problem solutions, in order to build class culture construction mode to promote the development of students’moral, This paper wants to play a role to provide certain reference for moral education in the construction of class culture.This research has divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction part. This part mainly explains the reason of topic selection, defines the basic concepts, the related research at home and abroad is reviewed, and explains the research methods of this study, research ideas and research difficulty and innovation points.The second part is the interpretation of the relationship between class culture and the elementary student moral development. This part first elaborated the characteristics of the class culture and its mechanism of action, and that the relationship of class culture and elementary student moral development between each other is necessary.The third part is the description of the phenomenon of construction class culture moral education failure problem. This part found the problem from two aspects, on the one hand, is the external class culture construction of dissimilation phenomenon, on the other hand is the class culture inner moral education function decline.The fourth part is to analyze the causes of problems. Aimed at problem of attribution mainly from two aspects:internal to the class and external. Outside class, school are the main reasons and the impact of other cultures, class internal reasons mainly include the reasons of the teachers and students themselves.The fifth part explores ways of problem solving. In order to solve this problem, also from external and internal two aspects, outside the class, create a good campus environment and construct excellent teachers team, and inside the class, explore effective of class culture construction model to promote the development of students’ moral.
