| With businesses around the country continuing to develop in the inland areas， thecounty economic situation has undergone profound changes, the development of the economyin Hebei is rapid, in increasingly large proportion of the province’s economy, and theQian’an economy development is flourishing. The Qian’an’s rapid economic developmentbrings new opportunities and challenges to the Qian’an secondary vocational education reformand development. How to improve their own quality in the new environment and the newsituation, how to better play the biggest role for economic development, the Qian’ansecondary vocational education must face the problem. Vocational education teachers musthave a correct understanding of the status and trends facing vocational education, to pinpointwhere the problem lies, explore solutions countermeasures to Qian’an bigger and strongersecondary vocational education.This article is based on the Qian’an secondary vocational education in the developmentof economic background, this paper introduces Qian’an to create its development goals:Charming Steel City Green Qian’an, the implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan"the demand for talent. Through investigation and analysis the history and current situation ofthe Qian’an secondary vocational education, while summing up the experience, to explore theexisting problems in the development process. Qian’an secondary vocational educationleading cadres, teachers, students and parents, interviews with relevant records and thestatistical results of the student questionnaire, in addition to the information collection andcollation analysis, combined with their own in20years engaged in vocational educationteaching experience, a deep analysis of the current difficulties faced by the Qian’an secondaryvocational education. Finally according to the county situation and Qian’an development ofsecondary vocational education, put forward the healthy development of countermeasures andsuggestions. |
