With the development of social work in China, the concern of social work team construction, all relevant departments pay more attention to the social work education, and more and more social work training have been developed throughout the country. Adventure education is a kind of advanced concept of education training, it has been got education recognized around the world, and be used in many fields. In some developed countries, adventure education has been proven helpful on youth social work practice, and it also be widely used in the field of social work. But now its development and application in China still has limitations, the awareness is not high, and there still has some misunderstanding. So, in the field of social work, the application of adventure education is very few, and need to be improved.According to the author’s practice experience, a social work training camp as an example, firstly from the brief of adventure education, the similarities between adventure and social work, and the importance of social workers, social workers training, then combined with the characteristics of youth social workers, described the permeation of its education concept and its implementation in the training process. Then we got inspiration from it. Through the combine of adventure and social work, with a view to promoting the development of social work training, improve its recognition in the field of social work, enabling its recognized and advanced concepts effectively applied to the field of youth social work education, thus effectively improve the psychological quality of social workers and occupational attainments, effectively promote the professionalization, occupational and localization process.
