As the new round of the Basic Education Courses Reform deepens, it draws themost attention of how to make education return to subjectivity, implement theinteractivity, and it has become a general agreement that the basic education goal is tocultivate the creative spirit and practical ability of students. From many fields andmany angles of view people have searched measures and strategies to promotestudents’ creativity, and have reached great academic achievement, like formed theacquaintanceship of new teacher-student relationship, and constructed the effectivemodes of the students’ creativity cultivation, and so on, which all have made greatcontributions to the deepening of the quality-oriented education. However, in manyrelated researches, it is still rarely seen any study about the teacher-studentrelationship based on the creativity development of students. People know little aboutthe connection between the teacher-student relationship and the students’ creativity,what kind of teacher-student relationship can facilitate the creativity development ofstudents, and how to construct this new kind of teacher-student relationship, whichalso have caused the effects of related practice diminished in many ways. This studyexplores these questions in depth, and mainly contains three parts as following:The first part systematically analyzes research history and current situation andtrends of teacher-student relationship, On this basis, indicates the purpose andsignificance of this study.The second part dissertates the students’ creativity and its influencing factors. Onthe basis of clarifying the definition of creativity and its characteristics, this partdiscusses the creativity development of students that characterized by the academicstage, diversity and subjectivity; then presents a systemic analysis of major factors that affects the students’ creativity.The third part analyzes the teacher-student relationship and the creativitydevelopment of students. Mainly this part describes how the teacher-studentrelationship affects the creativity development of students in teaching cooperation,interpersonal activity, and personality mutual aid, and analyzes through relevantresearches and experiments; in the meantime, dissects several teacher-studentrelationships that obstruct the creativity development of students and theirmanifestations, and then lists out the reasons that caused those problems.The fourth part constructs the teacher-student relationship that facilitates thecreativity development of students. Based on relevant theory and followed theprinciples like inter-subjectivity, conversational intercourse, humanistic care andculture innovation, this part brings forward specific strategies to construct theteacher-student relationship from three points of view of schools, teachers, studentsand parents.
