The level of moral behavior varies from people to people. As one of the coretheory of social cognitive theory, self-efficacy, the mindset of the people, emotionalresponses, behavioral extensive. Applied to the field of moral learning self-efficacytheory to investigate the mechanism of self-efficacy in the role of moral learningprocess, will produce important theoretical value and far-reaching practicalsignificance from the perspective of social cognition. In this paper, the first attempt toelaborate the framework of the theory of self-efficacy in the process of moral learningand interpretation, and hope that by studying the self-efficacy theory of morallearning, and ways and means to further broaden the teaching of morality. The articleis divided into four parts:The first chapter discussed the connotation of self-efficacy theory. The ability toself-efficacy, in essence, is a kind of self-generating capacity, that generateself-reaction. This generation ability of individuals with a variety of abilities andskills integrated use of a real scenario, to stimulate the process of cognition,motivation and emotion, is transformed by the cognitive behavior intermediaries.Motivation or a mechanism of self-efficacy. First of all people have some sort ofbehavior and explain their behavior results in the ability to make such acts in a similarsituation this interpretation belief, since actions based on these beliefs, such asselecting the appropriate target, maintain the behavior.The second chapter focuses on self-efficacy theory perspective moral learning.The main conducting the ability to judge when to motivate themselves to make achoice, to guide their moral behavior. Self-efficacy for moral learning provides apossibility premise and motivation sources. Self-efficacy is the moral learning subjectyourself to learn effective or ineffective subjective experience. Self-efficacy theoryemphasizes the model demonstration hint of self-efficacy and expected to provide amoral judgment to lead and influence the decision of moral judgment.The third chapter discusses the sense of self-efficacy theory concept of morallearning pedagogy and its revelation of our moral education. Self-efficacy theory to sort out and clarify the previous theory about self-analysis and criticism, with thepoint of view of social cognitive theory to its unified cognition, motivation, and theprocess of selection in a functional network for moral cognitive intermediarymechanism make the conversion to the ethical behavior of scientific explanation. Theemphasis on self-directed, self-efficacy theory for the theoretical foundation for selfand moral education, reflecting the modern moral education from teaching to learning.Self-efficacy theory of how to improve the point of view of self-efficacy, providesguidelines for moral education in how to effectively carry out demonstration teaching.Self-efficacy theory not only has profound theoretical significance, but also with animportant revelation to guide practice: schools to accurately grasp the contextualfeatures a deep understanding of the characteristics of students, do site-specific moraleducation, individualized; emphasized the enthusiasm of the initiative play, respectfor the dominant position of students, improve student moral learning efficacy; createa rich moral learning context, to cultivate a positive attitude, in practice, to promotemoral development.
