| Any educational activities are a teacher-student life and life interaction andcommunication, the teaching process is a dynamic development of the teaching of theprocess of unification. Classroom than teachers unilateral stage performances, but thestage of the interaction between teachers and students. Modern teaching theory,stressed that the teaching process creation can guide students to actively participate inthe classroom environment, build positive interaction and common development ofthe relationship between teachers and students. Observation of classroom teaching, wewill find that the knowledge base of teachers, classroom dialogue profound impact onstudents’ learning opportunities and quality, proficient and novice teachers there aresignificant differences in classroom interaction. As the author is a subject teaching(ideological and political) Graduate, usually focused on high school ideological andpolitical teaching, the paper mainly analyzes the state and characteristics of highschool ideological and political course proficient, novice teachers’ classroominteraction.Classroom interaction, including teacher-student interaction, students interaction,which is manifested in a series of acts by teachers and students. Students and teachers’classroom behavior can be divided into acts of verbal and non-verbal behavior.Throughout the literature can be found: easy to operate, the majority of studies havefocused on the scope of the speech acts. This thesis is also to the same school, highschool ideological and political course of the same grade proficient teachers andnovice teachers object through literature analysis, classroom observation, teachingvideo recording, interviews and other methods on a comparative study of two teachersin classroom interaction.On the basis of data collected, the author first statistics of the number andpercentage of proficient teachers and novice teachers, teachers and students inclassroom interaction, speech act analysis of its characteristics, from the amount ofthe distribution. And use it as an entry point, specific teaching situations, in-depthanalysis of the teachers and students of the specific meaning of certain acts and,finally, two teachers classroom interaction features presented. The results show that:1)ask questions in class, the novice teachers’ classroom interactive IR mode or IREmode, proficient teachers is more of a dialogue-centered interactive teaching mode.2)participation in the role, novice teachers imparting knowledge and classroom control,the proficient teachers guide student learning facilitator.3)the students to participatein classroom, the students of novice teachers ’classroom by listening to and answer theteacher to participate in classroom teacher-student interaction, and the proficientteachers’ classroom students mainly through reflection, discussion and inquiry toparticipate in classroom teacher-student interaction.Finally, the author analyzes the teacher’s classroom interaction of the different levels of political reasons there is a huge difference, and tried from the teachers; teachercooperation; different angles on the schools and other interactive suggestions toimprove high school Politics Class. |
