The Research On The Reformation Of Adult Higher Education Management System Under The Background Of Lifelong Education

The formation of the nineteen sixties of life-long education thought formed new understanding of education, which emphasizes human’s life should be constantly learning cognition, learn to survive the complete and the overall development of human beings. Adult higher education is an important part of lifelong education, is of great significance to the sustainable development of the individual. The factors influencing the development of adult higher education, education management system is a core element of. Because of the different education management system determines the adult higher education management concept, management system, management function partition. At present, many problems of China’s adult higher education management system, hinder the health development of adult higher education in China, and the influence of the construction of lifelong education system in a certain extent.In this context, reflection of China’s adult higher education management system and the countermeasures to solve problems, undoubtedly has important theoretical and practical significance. By using the theory of education management, through the concept of lifelong education and lifelong education idea influence on the management system of adult higher education to the overall analysis, research under the background of lifelong education management system reform of adult higher education from the angle of theory. On this basis, through the empirical study of the management system of Higher Adult Education interview method, case study method, comparative study method adopted, trying to find out the problems and causes of lifelong education in China under the background of adult higher education management system. The study found that:the development of the management system of higher education in1.adult affected by centralized management system, mainly as follows:the adult higher education management positioning is not clear, the State Administration of highly centralized management, institutional fragmentation, poor coordination, adult higher education laws, policies and regulations related to the implementation of the difficulties.2.The reasons caused the management system of the adult higher education problems are mainly as follows:the government, society and inadequate understanding of adult higher education status, neglect of adult higher education in lifelong education system, education, investment system is not perfect, policies and rules of the adult higher education is not clear, the lack of legal protection, education supervision mechanism is not perfect.Thus, this study try to China’s higher education management system reform of adult put forward:at the national macro-control context, the transformation of government functions, a clear government responsibility and management authority, moderate decentralization, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of local and social forces running, management, clear division between adult higher education administrators and educators., right, profit; on the other hand, the adult higher education policies and regulations, speed up the adult higher education legislation process; at the same time, strengthen supervision and guarantee mechanism of adult higher education, adult higher education to perfect supervision system.
