With the development of cross-cultural education, cross-cultural learning of the multi-ethnic reg ion has become an objective phenomenon. It also puts forward special requirements that can be enga ged in the cross-cultural teaching for normal school students in the multi-ethnic regions. Excelent cr oss-cultural learning is the premise for students to cultivate the intercultural teaching ability. In rece nt years, the strong support of information technology education in China western region. Especiall y in the west multi-ethnic regions has provided more ways and channels for normal school student s of all ethnic groups in cross-cultural learning.This study, based on the reality of cross-cultural learning problems for normal school students i n the multi-ethnic regions, the applicability question of existing network learning platform and cross-cultural learning in multi-ethnic region, analyzes the advantages of cross-cultural network collaborati ve learning. On account of the consistency between the course called "Xinjiang history and t he policy guide of national religion theory" and connotation of cross-cultural education, with the design-based research methods, the advantages of analyzing cross-cultural network collabo rative learning is to explore a kind of cross-cultural learning instructional design mode whic h is web-based collaborative and suitable for multi-national normal students, then to some e xtent to solve cross-cultural learning problems for normal school students in the multi-ethnic regions.According to the research background, analyzing the concrete problems and starting poin t, this article clears the research purpose, content, value and method. Through the method of literature analysis, consulting, analyzing and defining the relevant concepts, we review the r elevant theory. The main line with design-based research methods, use the method of questionnair e and interview to verify the feasibility and necessity of the study, and find the specific problems tha t need to be solved, design method of demand analysis. Refer to existing relevant theories and princi ples, combined with the practical problems which need to be solved, this study analyses the cross -cultural learning process for normal school students in the multi-ethnic regions,concludes the knowl edge construction process of the cross-cultural network collaborative learning for normal school stud ents in the multi-ethnic regions, preliminary buildes the cross-cultural network collaborative learnin g model for normal school students in the multi-ethnic regions and implementation plan; Combinin g with the characteristics of Moodle platform, according to the initial model and implementation pla n, Moodle cross-cultural network collaborative learning platform has been sated up and conducte d the trial. Later, we put the model into real cross-cultural learning situation, design and pra ctice specific cross-cultural network collaborative learning scheme, collect feedback from pro blems of practice, put forward the corresponding improvement measures. After several rounds of iteration design and practice, a more perfect cross-cultural network collaborative learning model is draw for normal school students in the multi-ethnic regions. Finally, summary the conclusions and results of this study think of the problems and propose the following resea rch work.
