Through cultural analysis method, this article from the perspective of emotional mobilization research contentious politics in cyberspace. Guangdong "Wukan Incident" case analysis shows that the emotion in the network political mobilization process plays a key role to struggle. Due to events on Internet users emotional stimuli, decided the Internet users cognitive approach to the events, which directly affect the construction of a network of public discourse, and the netizen collective identity formation. Articles through the analysis of the impact of emotional mobilization of network political struggle, the inner workings of the network social movement with the mechanism, and puts forward the government objective response network collective movement strategy scientifically, make the benign interaction between the government and the public.
