A Research Of Ability Training On College Student Delivery And Expression Ability

In this paper, after summarizing the related era and theory background, we detail out the content of delivery and expression ability, the essential effect on the grow-up development of college students. At the same time, considering the ’How to transfer the ability training theory of students into practical level’,’How to combine rationally the activities and the delivery and expression ability training’, we propose a whole method system of improving delivery and expression ability of college students. As different activities may have different impact on the improvement of ability, by extracting proper evaluation system, illustrating the evaluation and effect measurement criteria system and training scheme on the delivery and expression ability of college students., we propose novel insights. Besides assisting the research, it is also promising to give ideas to the related field in the days after.We mainly use the following methods:comprehensively utilize the surveys method, experience summarizing, survey and data analysis etc. Given the survey related abroad and inland, understanding the authorities’ idea on this topic and conclusions, understanding the history and current condition abroad and inland, we construct the foundation of our theory and innovatively make preparation of transfering the theory into practice.The novel contributions:Currently, the research on the delivery and expression ability of college students are mainly theoretical or on solo aspect, lacking the whole understanding and concrete training methods. Our contribution is establishing the model of evaluation aspects on delivery and expression ability and analysis methods, focusing on handling the target and effectiveness of activities, performing explicitly the direct connection between training activities and the ability training. The training cultivation design is more concrete and detailed, emphasizing on the real-world practice, focusing on the repeatability, target, stringency, providing experience to the research on delivery and expression ability of college students in the future.
