Research On The Relationship Between Universities’ Culture And Universities’ Core Competitiveness Utilizing Structural Equation Model

The University core competitiveness fundamentally determines the comprehensivestrength of a university, and also to determine whether a university can become aworld-class university. University culture as the soul of the University, the University ofsurvival, development, and major social obligations of fundamental theoretical sense, hasa crucial role to enhance the core competitiveness of the university. Therefore, this studyfirst theoretically combed the current research of the scholars of the university culture,the university’s core competitiveness. Then, on the basis of theoretical research, expertinterviews, statistics screening measure indicators of university culture, the University ofthe core competitiveness. Third, according to the theory of structural equation model, therelationship between structural equation modeling to establish the university culture anduniversity core competitiveness, model validation and fitting, to arrive at the best model.The results show that: the University of spiritual and cultural, University of materialculture, the culture of the university system and the University of behavior, culture, and apositive correlation with the university’s core competitiveness. Among them, theuniversity system and culture of the university’s core competitiveness is most significant;University of spiritual and cultural impact of the university’s core competitiveness,followed by; minimum four levels of university culture, the University of material cultureof the university’s core competitiveness. There was a correlation between the measure ofthe four indicators (University of spiritual and cultural, University of material culture, theculture of the university system and the University of behavior culture) of the Universityof cultural. Culture and University Spirit of the university system culture and Behavioralculture is the most significant. Finally, according to the results obtained in this study, thepaper mainly in the institutional culture and the spiritual and cultural constructionrecommendations accordingly, thus helpful in the construction of core competitiveness.
