Shanxi Province Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Sports Resources In Colleges And Universities Serving The Society

With the rapid development of economic society in our country,the lifelong sports unceasingly become popular in mind. Peopleneed the resources for sports in the service more and more, andsocial sport resources is lack, but those resources in the college islow utilization. College sports resources to serve the society arerequirement for keeping abreast of times. This study aims atproviding important reference for universities sports resources inShanxi Province to better serve the society.This paper uses the literature, interview, questionnaireinvestigation, mathematical statistics and other methods. From thesports venue resources, human resources, information resources,and the influencing factors about resources ratio to society, we canrun analytical studies the present situation of the sports resourcesin56colleges and universities serving the society to get thefollowing conclusions:The present situation of the sports resources in colleges anduniversities in Shanxi Province: Different areas, different educationlevel has different sports resources. Shanxi Province universitysports venues resources is very limited；set is unreasonable；highly educated、 high title personnel proportion is low；Gym teachers islack of professional training and strong practice ability. Collegesports information resources is relatively backward, and set issingle, sources is poor, the development and utilization ratio is low,and the emphasis is not enough.The present situation of the sports resources in colleges anduniversities serve society in Shanxi Province: most of the collegesports venues which open to society is selective, some would ratherunder the idle condition than to be service. That mainly has twoforms of paid and free services to be service, and the open day isfestival and holiday generally; Gys teachers and the social sportsinstructors are never to participate in social activities. Only part ofthe university sports information resources of colleges anduniversities in Shanxi Province are open society.The factors for restricting sports resourses in the universities tobe society: The mode of operation of college sports resources,managerial efficiency and the social influence is the main factor ofrestricting the sports resources to serve the society; Sportsinformation resources, human resources development andutilization to serve society’s influence is relatively large; Theconcept of leadership in colleges and universities and number offunds to maintain and sports venue also have certain influence on it.In addition, the developed degree of professional sports and collegesports teachers’ practical ability all is constraint of shanxiresources servicing society. Moreover, underfunded、uncompletedopen project、incomplete management mechanism and the sportsfacilities also do not allow to ignore. The mode and management mechnism in which the currentShanxi Province colleges and universities resourses servicesociety: The college sports resources service society is a schoolof autonomous management with the combination of internal andexternal contracting system. The mode for servicing societycontains paid service and free service. It will be set standard in paidservice. But this code has a half-baked management mechism. It iscircumscribed in human resources and information resourcesserving society. This code also is lack of guiding mechanism forserving openly, performance evaluation and encouragingmechanism.
