| The study aimed to investigate the cognitive level of “graphics and geometric†in the2001version of the Mathematics curriculum standards, the2011version of the Mathematicscurriculum standards and the PEP textbooks. First, on the basis of previous research,according to the Van Hieles theory, combined with junior high school mathematicscurriculum standards for knowledge point depicts thetarget verb the preparation of theanalytical framework for the analysis of teaching materials and curriculum standards.Basedon the specific target of each thinking level, the geometry content in the junior high schooltextbooks, which separately come from the2001version of the Mathematics curriculumstandards and the2011version of the Mathematics curriculum standards is compared andanalyzed. The results of the studies are listed as follows:(1) Among the2001version of the Mathematics curriculum standards, the2011versionof the Mathematics curriculum standards and the teaching materials of the People’s educationpress, the level of the knowledge are basically the same.(2) Compared to the2001version of the Mathematics curriculum standards, he2011version of the Mathematics curriculum standards have increased contents of the level4.(3) Among the2001version of the Mathematics curriculum standards, the2011versionof the Mathematics curriculum standards and the teaching materials of the People’s educationpress, the knowledge of each level are distributed in substantial agreement.(4) The content among the teaching materials of the People’s education press, have beenset for covering the first4levels of the geometry thinking level in the the Van Hieles theory.Finally, based on the results of this paper, the paper givescourse builder and mathematicsteachers some advise, and points out direction in the future. |
