Themain reasons of cause this phenomenon is the backward management concept deeply affectedour country’s education field, a lot of school carry out the basic education course reforminadequate, the quality of some principal needs to be strengthened.In full analysis the reality of school principal moral leadership, the article probes into how the principal in the school construction moral leadership.
