A Study On The Teacher’s Participating In School Decision-Making

Democracy belongs to the inevitable trend of social development. SchoolDemocratic Management, which is the bridge that constructs the mutual trustrelationship, is the effective way to construct organizational culture in school.Participation in Decision of teachers belongs to the democratized manifestations.However, with the complicated and external environment coming to the schooleducation, personal wisdom has been affected by the objective world. MeanwhilePersonal policy-making will have been restricted. Gathering the collective proposalsand Participation in Decision by most people is beneficial and effective way toovercome hindrance.
