This study is based on the theory of constructivism learning. In this study, with multiple intelligences theory, education-propagation theory, The learning theory of Constructivism and Information technology and curriculum integration theory.The integration of information technology and moral education as the main research content, exploration of the integration model and operation model of information technology and the junior middle school thought personal character teaching.In This study, the ideological and moral teaching in junior high school and the new curriculum standards of the ideological and moral teaching in junior high school were investigation studied and analyzed. The effective integration points of the information technology and the ideological and moral class teaching were exploration with the thought of adhere to the student oriented, elaborated the thinking for path of information technology and the ideological and moral teaching integration, the presentation mode of integrating results and integration mode application and effect analysis.In this study, the problems existed in the integration were analyzes. Application information technology to conduct ideological and moral teaching. It also put forward " scene, thinking, group, practicing"(i.e."found the teaching situation"," to stimulate students’thinking","the group cooperation study" and" consolidate feedback exercises") four step teaching design mode.With "three three system " for the classroom teaching structure.(i.e., teachers, students explore cooperation activities and training of consolidate knowledge development thinking each accounted for1/3time of classroom teaching) was determined to application operation model of classroom teaching.To the integration mode made the case description, Design the integration operation process conform to the characteristics of rural middle school. It simple sums up the teaching effect of teaching design and teaching mode about popularization and application of Ideological and moral course practical teaching in our school. Also made the reflection on the integration model research and application. Clearly the future direction of research and improvement.
