Curriculum Guideline in Japan is equivalent to the Curriculum standards in China, It is prepared in accordance with the law by Japanese Ministry of Education. The national school must comply with this standard when the national implementation of education.Since the1970s, Political, economic, scientific, technological change brought about by globalization presents a serious challenge for the future development of the countries in the world, in particular, the reform of basic education, Countries around the world are increasing the intensity of their basic education reform. Vigorously develop education and the rapid rise in the Second World War, face of a changing international Japan pay more attention to education reform and development. Japan on education reform for a number of exploration, But the original problems obstructed the Japanese educational reform. Japan has promulgated several Curriculum Guideline, but none of education have been greatly improved. After the previous two extreme educational reform, Japan sum up the experience to take two kinds of education "cream" and removed the "dregs" in2008, recently promulgated Curriculum Guideline.
