The secondary stage is the golden age of the students in adolescence, physical health isnot only related to their learnings and lives, but also the basic premise of serving themotherland and the people better in the future. By studing over the years,as is shown that morphological indicators of height, weight and others are grown moreobviously, but reflecting the high school students physical function, physical indicators of theendurance run, flexibility, strength, etc. are a declining trend in the last20years.By studingexperimentally that exercise intervention program for high school students to improve theirown physicals, we can understand the effect of the exercise intervention program to improvetheir physicals, further more, provide a scientific basis for the promotion of the exerciseintervention program in secondary school students in the group sports activities.Exercise intervention program designed to use the literature review, expert interviews,site physical measurements and experimental methods, experimenting for two grades ofsubsidiary experimental school of the Northeast Normal University High School, selectingrandomly one class from each of grades to as the experimental group, and other classes as thecontrol group,by studing experimentally for12weeks of exercise intervention program,evaluating the effect of the exercise intervention program of the experimental group and thecontrol group by selecting three types of indicators of the body shape, function and qualityfrom the "National Physical Fitness Test standards". Experimental results show that:1, the physical quality of the experimental group of students are improved to varyingdegrees. Performance of students in the experimental group in jumping ability, speed,explosive power, endurance, physical flexibility,the intervention has more increasedsignificantly than before.2,Reflecting the aspect of the body shape, height, weight has increased, but notsignificantly.3, Reflecting students’ physical function, lung capacity and the Harvard step test resultsshow a very marked improvement in the overall physical function index of the experimentalgroup students, suggesting that the exercise intervention helps high school students toimprove heart and lung functions, and strengthen the lungs ability to breathe.4, Reflecting students’ physical quality as50×8round-trip run, grip strength, standinglong jump, the Sit and Reach, the experimental class boys have a significant change in theaspect of the explosive power, endurance, grip force after the intervention, while the girlsimprove greatly in the flexible aspects.5, Exercising interventions have a certain effect on the students’ physicals,and are helpfulfor them to enhance their bodily functions.
