Research On Theoretical Community Construction And Development Of College Students

For the implementation of the spirit that has been suggested by “Ideas andsuggestions on the central committee of the CCP the state council about furtherstrengthening and improvements of university students’ thoughts and political education",The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the ministry of educationput forward opinions to strengthen and improve college students’ community work tostrongly support the theory learning community. College students’ theoretical communityis a platform to help college students improve their learning theory, which contains a largenumber of ideological and political education factors, which stays predominate in thecampus culture, and at the same time, it is also one form of the social mainstream culture.Each student who takes part in rich and colorful activities of the college students’theoretical community could also receive the ideological and political educationunconsciously, which could help set their views on " three outlooks on life, on a world andon values", therefore, using the form of college community to establish the study in thewhole school, to study the Marxist theory-based college theoretical community, which hasbecome the internal demand of the undergraduates.The Theoretical Community has a very important role in the ideological and politicaleducation of college students. Mainly include fully enhance the attractiveness of theideological and political education; to give full play to the ideological and politicaleducation guidance; to promote the ideological and political education innovationcontinuously; to enhance the practicality of the ideological and political education greatly.The background of college students’ theoretical community production mainly includestime background, social background and school background. It shows some characteristicsin its development process, such as the community scale unceasingly expands, theorganizational structure of sound, social practice effect is good and college students’theory website is booming etc. But now college students theoretical communities construction inthe development process still exists many problems, such as the imbalance development; imperfectmanagement system; difficult to improve the level of construction; activity level needs to be improvedand lack of construction. All these problems are worthy of our further research. The way toinvestigate the college students’ theory community development method recommendation,first of all give full play to the function of the party organization; Second we need toimprove the urban management mechanism; The third we have to build up an effectiveteam and improve the overall quality of community members; Finally in order to strengthen the appeal community activities. In the end we takes Tsinghua Students’Marxism Study Association as an example, analyses its establishment and developmenthistory, operation conditions，current construction situation, sectors building and activitymanagement.
