The implicit moral education is proposed on the basis of dominant moral education. In today’s junior high school moral education, the function and the role of the dominant moral education tend to be taken seriously, and it is now a major means of educating students. However, with the constant change and development of the social, the function and the role of the implicit moral education are becoming more and more prominent; two different ways of education should be the complement of each other and they are indispensable. In the professional development of junior high school teacher, they should not only pay attention to the positive guidance of the dominant moral education, but they should also attach the importance to the penetration and use of the implicit moral education, thus achieve the combination of both and make the moral education work of the head teacher to the maximum effect.The basic content of implicit moral education can be found in school courses, management system, and campus culture, etc., and the function is potential, the content is diverse, the effect is durable, and it is dependent, pleasure and unpredictable. In the professional development of the head teacher in junior school, one of the important job is to strengthen the thought of implicit moral education. Penetrating the thought of implicit moral education through the junior high school teacher’s professional development suits the psychological characteristics of middle school students, and it is an important way to promote the professional development of head teachers, it not only meets the needs of the new curriculum reformation, it also meets the requirement of improving the quality of the head teachers. When penetrating the thought of implicit moral education to the professional development of head teachers in junior high school, we have to deal with the relationship between the dominant and implicit moral education well, we also have to strengthen the training of the head teacher’s moral quality, improve the head teacher’s personality charm. We not only have to help the head teacher set up and improve the thought of implicit moral education, we also have to use of the power of factors reasonably to penetrate implicit moral education thought in the class management behavior. In order to improve the effectiveness of the implicit moral education, we should give full play to the enthusiasm of informal organizations,In short, in order to supply the shortage of the research in the field of the implicit moral education, it is necessary and valuable for us to penetrate the thought of implicit moral education through the professional development of head teachers in junior high school, and it is also possible for us to do so.
