The saying goes,"the quality of education depends on the power ofteachers." Teachers are the most important factors in the educational process.Teachers’ ability directly determines the result of education. Therefore, in orderto get successful educational outcomes, excellent teachers are required.Korean teachers’ appointment exam plays a pivotal role in the selection ofteachers. Improved through a number of policies and systems, teachers’appointment exam can make the most correct evaluation for the selection ofexcellent teachers. Given that teachers determine the quality of education, thispaper focuses on the system of Chinese teachers admissions to inspect andanalyze the selection of teachers and testing questions to see if they can evaluateteachers with both quality and knowledge. This paper is for South Korea’s andChina’s future traiing and selecting of Chinese teachers and puts forward areasonable proposal and materials. The paper analyzes the testing questions of"Korea Public Secondary School Chinese teacher’s appointments exam" aboutthe examination of the current Chinese teachers to investigate and suggestimprovements point.This paper is divided into six chapters; the first chapter is research purposes,and the status quo, overview of the research scope and methodology. The secondchapter is the introduction of the Korean Chinese teacher qualifications andtraining system, as well as Chinese language teachers training institutions. TheChapter is the overview of Korean Chinese teachers and appointment system,focusing on the development process of the examination system, thecharacteristics of the various stages of the selection and the status. The fourthchapter is the analysis of the content and type of appointment examination ofChinese language teachers in Korea. The fifth chapter is about current Chineseteachers’ appointment Examination Survey content analysis. Chapter VI is theconclusions of the study, and finally through the research of this paper, the author wants to be able to help China and South Korea in Chinese teachertraining and selection.
