| As China’s socio-economic and cultural development and higher education reform in-depth, multi-campus university structure has taken shape. How to strengthen the multi-campus university students under the ideological and political education, and promote the coordinated development of multi-campus, has become a problem need to be solved. However, there is no mature model for reference, due to short time practice. Therefore, actively exploring and building for the characteristics of our multi-campus university system of ideological and political education, is significant for guiding the development of multi-campus university.This paper, by comparison single campus university with multi-campus university, analyzed the particular characteristics of multi-campus university ideological and political student education. The writer selected four universities in Xi’an for the survey, through field research, summarized the main problems of ideological and political education in current multi-campus conditions, and analyzed the causes of the problem from the society, students and universities. On the basis of analysis above, the writer put forward a multi-campus system of ideological and political education, composed of six aspects:educational philosophy, educational institutions, educational content, teaching methods, education environment, education teams, and built a supporting system composed of information system, evaluation system and social system to ensure its smooth implementation. Finally, by the analysis of the significance of building a multi-campus set of ideological and political education system from both theoretical and practical aspects, the paper attempted to apply the theoretical results to the management practice of Xidian University, analyzed the problems and corresponding countermeasures. Through this research, the writer hopes the paper play reference role for the multi-campus university students’management. |
