In order to effectively improve the wages and social status of teachers in primary and secondary school, the performance related pay (PRP) has been carried into execution in the compulsory education school from January1of2009. Since then, the income of teachers got a certain degree of external competitiveness, which is conducive to the stability of teachers, attracting talented people from teaching and improving the whole quality of teachers. PRP requires "a inclination for the key members of the teachers who have made outstanding contributions", which has an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the teacher. To investigate the actual incentive effect of PRP on the mental and behavior of teachers, the subjective well-being (SWB) and teaching motivation of the primary school teachers have been taken as the content of our study. However, there is no significant difference between class teachers and non-class teachers on the total score of SWB.(2) The difference among the teachers at different posts is significant only on the target value experience dimension.
