| Independent Colleges are the Colleges that allowed to establish after the NationalPublic University’s applied, they are funded by social organizations or individuals,without Nation’s subsidies. It’s a new education model that emerging under thepopularization of Higher education, also the effective complement component ofHigher education in our country. Independent Colleges’ school funds are made up ofOrganizational capital or Individual investors, charitable donation and tuition. In thiscontext, the number of students is the key. Teaching quality directly affects the numberof students. So, teaching quality is vital to Independent Colleges. The teachingmanagement level is an important factor that affects teaching quality. And the TeachingSecretary is the most basic executor of teaching management.In the research field of job burnout, most researches focus on “teacher†and“secretaryâ€. The two occupations have one thing in common, that is they both aretypical of the helping professions. Teaching secretary has both the characteristics ofteacher and secretary. They service for their boss, teachers, and students, The highstrength job and unfair paid make them feel tired, little by little, Occupation burnoutappears.Job burnout has negative influence both on teaching secretary themselves and theteaching management of Independent Colleges.
