The Research About The Response And Disposal System Of The Campus,Unexpected Accidents On The "People-oriented"

During the period of social transformation, campus emergencies of ourcountry occurred continual by all kinds of uncertain factors, such as political,economical, natural and human factor. It brought different degree negative effectfor school, family and society. Since these campus emergencies were based onpeople oriented, it was important to investigate human in preventing, earlywarning, answering and disposition. It was conducive to the prevention of thecampus emergencies, reduces the harm, was conducive to promoting all-rounddevelopment of students and teachers, and to the sustainable development of theschool, was also beneficial to the development of education in our country.Theoretical foundation of responding and disposal of campus emergencieswas searched by carding relational research in this paper. Thus, the concept,characteristics, types and the concept of campus emergencies were theoreticallydescribed. The deep-seated reason of formation and present situation anddevelopment of responding and disposal of campus emergencies were analyzedtheoretically by carding, generalizing and analyzing the existing domestic and foreign campus emergencies. Based on people oriented, feature and operation ofresponding and disposal of campus emergencies were discussed; basic ideas andcountermeasures of responding and disposal of campus emergencies were putforward. Through the three aspects of prevention mechanism, processingmechanism, recovery mechanism, the five aspects of organization mechanism,perfect the disposal methods of timely communication of information, a goodeducation environment, correct site disposal program, science, to deal with thedisposal mechanism to realize the "people-oriented" concept of campusemergency maneuverability, promote campus emergency response and disposalfrom experience management to scientific management, better solve the event,to eliminate the negative effects, and promote comprehensive development ofstudents and teachers.
