Post-Olympics has become a hot topic in today’s sports, taekwondoas an emerging sport is becoming widely loved by majority of the youngpeople especially after china won some golden medals in recent years, thisalso helped to promote the rapid development of Taekwondo in China.Nowadays in China, the population who participates in taekwondo has beenmore than11million and the taekwondo clubs are more than3,000.However, the humanity, technical and social environment is not sooptimistic.The methodology I used in this paper is questionnaire, deeplyinterview, literature review, statistics, logical analysis and SWOT analysis,I analyzed the situation about the taekwondo policy, teaching staff,curriculum design, exercise after class and competition training, based onthis I gained sufficient information and data, then I studied therecommendations from experts, operators and students, through logical analysis and mathematical statistics, I get the appropriate conclusions, andat the same time I develop four strategies: SO strategy, ST strategy, WOstrategy and WT strategies.I researched the physical education journal and reviewed hundredsof academic journals, and I found that most of the articles focus ontaekwondo’s physical and competition aspects while the taekwondo marketis neglected.I investigated the current situation about taekwondo market inHeilongjiang province, and I developed some strategies based on theanalysis in order to make the taekwondo market to be more reasonable,scientific and healthy, at the same time I can provide some references fortaekwondo management center and offer theoretical background for theoperation and management of taekwondo market, and help to promote thesustainable development of taekwondo market.I randomly selected40of all52taekwondo clubs in Heilongjiangprovince to do investigations and counseling, and I also randomly selected 40operators113coaches and600practitioners as my survey targets. Theinvestigation shows that: most of the taekwondo clubs in HeilongjiangProvince are chain operation; the age and education of coaches arerelatively low, and the gender structure is irrational; the spaces andequipments are not qualified. Most of the practitioners of taekwondo areteenagers, and their purpose should be entertainment and improve theirbody physique.After fully analyzed the existing problems in HeilongjiangProvince’s taekwondo market, I proposed some development strategies, Isuggest that we should take some necessary measures to improve thecoaches’ professional and education level, develop and improve thecoaches evaluation and reward system; The taekwondo association and themunicipality should be responsible, and we should also build a professionaltaekwondo training team as soon as possible, only by this could thetaekwondo market be more organized and reasonable.
