Study On Operational Mechanism Of College Law-related Education

College law-related education is one of the important component of ideological and moral education. Establishing a favorable operational mechanism of college law-related education ensures the effect execution of college law-related education.In this paper, based on the concept and connotative meaning, from the importance and purpose of building operational mechanism of college law-related education, through the investigation and analysis, describe the background of college law-related education in our country, the problems of college law-related education in current situation, and put forward the analysis of related reasons. And then put forward the conception of building and perfect the operational mechanism of college law-related education in our country. This paper mainly includes the followed aspect: the background and signification of this study the basic general description of operational mechanism of college law-related education analysis of problems about current college law-related education and the conception of building and perfect the operational mechanism of college law-related education in our country.Firstly, posing of project of operational mechanism of college law-related education. This chapter describe the background, purpose and significance of this project, and then through the comparison of east law-related education and west law-related education, providing a good basis for grasping current situation and objective law of college law-related education in our country.Secondly, the general comments of operational mechanism of college law-related education. This chapter covers two main aspects, the first aspect is the connotative meaning of operational mechanism of college law-related education, including the origin and connotative meaning of “mechanism”, the concept of “operational mechanism”, the connotative meaning of college law-related education. The second aspect is the natures and functions of operational mechanism of college law-related education. This chapter lay the theoretical basis for this paper.Thirdly, analysis about problems of college law-related education in our country currently. This chapter includes three aspects, first is questionnaire survey about operational mechanism of college law-related education, and then analyze and summarize the result of questionnaire survey, put forward the current existed problems of operational mechanism of college law-related education in our country, and analyze the reasons of its problems. Lastly, conception of building and perfect the operational mechanism of college law-related education in our country. This chapter mainly covers two parts. The first part is the target and the basic approach of operational mechanism of college law-related education in our country, describe principle and law of building operational mechanism of college law-related education, and put forward the basic framework of building operational mechanism of college law-related education in our country.
