Vocational teaching management is constantly reforming and innovating. The achieving pathway of traditional classroom management model is singl and inefficient, which is difficult to achieve the desired results.According to the requirements of the state to create demonstration vocational college and vocational personnel training assessment work, the class teaching quality of the unit where I work has been noticeably improved. With the development of education reform, the original classroom teaching quality evaluation system has been unable to meet the management requirements of a new stage of the classroom teaching quality, whether from the evaluation criteria or the application of means. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge of the teaching evaluation, combining with the actual situation of the vocational colleges and researchment this paper summarizes the status of vocational colleges classroom teaching evaluation; according to the problems in the evaluation of institutions teaching, questionnaire survey method, the key element investigation method, Delphi method, have been used to re-enact the teaching evaluation index system of vocational colleges. And based on the evaluation index system, relying on the campus network, according to the design principles of software engineering, based on the WEB vocational colleges teaching quality management information system needs analysis, overall design and detailed design is completed, in order to promote the deepening of reform of vocational colleges teaching, continuously improve the classroom teaching quality, and enhance the ability of school competition. |
