Analyses To Capital Construction And The Post Evaluation On Capital Construction In University

Along with the expending recrution of students in1999, the high education in China is transiting from elite education to mass education, as well as the scales of universities and the capital consruction are enlarged increasingly. At the same time, investers and the government pay more and more attention to the post evaluation on capital construction in university, in roder to control engineering construction cost, bring into full play investment benefit and avoid the waste.This thesis uses project investment feasibility research method, studies and analyses related technical economics indexes including the rate of registering of new students, proportion of payment of pupils and the scales of the university.Then it introduces fund raising situation and methods in universities. Based on the post evaluation methods in developed countries and the experience of other industries in China, the thesis puts forward methods.contents. procedures and index system.The methods in this thesis includs qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the qualitative analysis includs technical economics analysis and AHP. It further studies the technical economics method and post evaluation method by empirical analyzing. At last, it puts forward suggestions on capital construction and post evaluation of capital construction in university.
