Teachers’ pedagogical content thought which come from teaching practice, and have theeffect on teaching problems in it. Innovation in pedagogical content thought could changeteachers’ original teaching methods, and would further improve the understanding of thesubject knowledge, the relationship between teachers and students, and the orientationtowards cultivation of students’ ability. And it also plays a positive role in forming theeffective teaching reflections, improving their teaching abilities deeply, and promotingteachers’ professional qualities. In the background of further developing research of thetheory and practice on Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum effectively, itis necessary to think over and understand the significance and affection of informationtechnology in pedagogical content thought’ level,and it should make IT to play the huge rolein teaching practice.Teachers’ educational action research regards teacher as main body, in order to improvethe education and teaching practice, and eventually, it could promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers. That conforms to the connotation and purpose of informationtechnology promoting the innovation in pedagogical content thought. So in this paper,combining the methods of action research, and according to the prophase research, we definethe process of this innovation by information technology, and summarized performance ofpedagogical content thought which is teaching methods in Chinese class, and generalized itscharacters. On the basis of that, we choose one Chinese teacher in TL Junior Middle Schoolto carry out four steps of action research, taking ShuiLongYin as the content. The teacher hasdone repeatedly teaching practice in information technology teaching environment. Thus itchanged teacher’s pedagogical content thought and the teaching method according to thisnew thought. This article makes teacher experience the process of innovation in pedagogicalcontent thought through the method of action research, summing up the transformation andfeature of teaching methods under the guidance of this new thought. And it also puts forwardsome suggestions on the improvement of teaching methods, the construction of schoolinformational infrastructure and application systems, even the research perspectives ofeffective Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum with the view of promotingteachers’ professional development. In addition, it concludes the other factors which couldprovide the theoretical basis for perfecting action research in the process of innovation inpedagogical content thought promoting by IT.
