| Since Reform and opening up, touristic college across the country accelerate the pace of development, transport a large amount of talent for the development of tourism, but the overall quality of the tourism industry is not high, and can’t fulfill tourism enterprises’ foreign development and competition demand since China’s entry into WTO.The "simulation guide" course is a strong practicality and comprehensive, and demand theory and practice of the course are highly combined, The main task is to develop the students’ professional practice skills, for students’future work post lay the solid foundation. But from the course of the actual situation, the teaching idea, the course orientation, teaching content, teaching mode, evaluation, there are a lot of problems. Therefore to solve those problems must reform unreasonable teaching phenomenon. Because these problems directly affect the "simulation guide" course teaching effect and talent training goal.The settingup of the "simulation guide" course and teaching situation in several vocational colleges in nanchang are the entry point of this research, which use the way of case study and questionnaire and conduct empirical research. We can find the main exsiting problem by surveying the teaching situation of "simulation guide" course, we can combine the need of tourism personal market in jiangxi province and tourism enterprises according to learning the experience of teaching reform of the vocational colleges course at home and abroad,building the overall training objective of course.we put forward situational teaching design of guide service processes based project activities as the carrier.,achieving the organic match among project activities and teaching methods and teaching means.building the three-dimensional learning platform in line with the characteristics of tourism students in vocational college. We put forward specific measures about reform to the teacher training and teaching means,teaching evaluation, construction of teaching materials and so on,which have some reference value to the teaching of the "simulation guide" course in other vocational colleges. |
