The new curriculum ideas, requires physical education should be subject-based turn-baseddevelopment of students, students play the main method of teaching to fully mobilize andplay to the students in the learning process of the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, so theyreally become the subject of teaching, learning master. Physical Education Teachers in theongoing study and discussion of the process, access to more teaching methods,"4+5" type ofdiscovery method to a certain extent, physical education teachers in meeting the requirementsof college students meet the current learning requirements, through the "4+5" type ofexperience the process of discovery method, allows students to study in the future of learningand give full play to their initiative, ability to learn to self-transcendence.This paper uses a literature review, questionnaire survey\mathematical method ofexperiment and other research methods, this paper through the teaching of PE hurdle a "4+5"type of discovery method of teaching, found in the full understanding of the law based on thediscovery method accurately cut the key points of each stage, thus the use of specific hurdlesto the actual teaching, so students in each learning stage are able to fully play their owninitiative, to improve the effectiveness of learning for other professional students for reference.While "4+5" type of discovery method of teaching in PE hurdle, in line with the requirementsof PE curriculum reform.
