At present, with development of China’s economic and social extreme transformation,the flow of migrant workers shows "family" trend.Migrant children’s School Belonging andself-efficacy has become the focus of researchers; mining area teachers, as the main elementsof the educational activities, whose teaching behavior has a direct impact on academicachievement and physical and mental health of migrant children. By taking651migrantchildren and269mine teachers as research object, this paper uses questionnaires to collectdata of mine teachers’ teaching behavior and migrant children’s School Belonging andself-efficacy, and analyzes their present situation and the relationship between them.Conclusions are as follows:(1) Teachers with graduate educational background, their teaching behavior wassignificantly higher than other educational background; the level of teachers ’ teachingbehavior is followed by the three core subjects, Arts, non-examination subjects; key schoolteachers’ teaching behavior was significantly higher than non-key schools; divorce teachers’teaching behavior was the lowest; class teacher’s teaching behavior was significantly higherthan non-class teachers.(2) Sixth grade students’ School Belonging is the highest; both inward-looking andexport-oriented students’ school belonging is higher significantly than students whosepersonality type are hybrid; those migrant children whose family education is democratic,their school belonging is higher significantly than other parenting styles.(3) Sixth grade students’ self-efficacy is the highest; students with hybrid personalitytype, their self-efficacy is higher significantly than students with other personality type; thosemigrant children whose family education is democratic, their self-efficacy is highersignificantly than other parenting styles.(4)Mining area teachers’ teaching behavior and migrant children’s school belonging,self-efficacy is significantly different.
