In recent years, our country secondary vocational education has great development,but the school moral education effectiveness on the low side, moral education applica-tion theory lacks have influenced the vocational school of healthy development.Strengthen the secondary vocational school students moral education, improve the mor-al education present situation is urgently needed.The school moral education must follow the students moral character formationlaw, take effective teaching means, through the internalization externalization and moraleducation for students. Although representative figures that eastern and western andendless and same, but revealed a common tendency, namely the strengthening of thesocial responsibility of the common education orientation and the people-oriented edu-cation method. But in view of China’s secondary vocational school students’ moral cha-racter and the moral education status of research is less, the lack of moral educationtheory highlights secondary vocational education.Based on the case of Xuzhou city, the secondary specialized schools, questionnaireand interview method to five professional1000students and teachers of the moral edu-cation present situation investigation, survey shows that the students values and outlookon life tends to be utilitarian and reality; Moral cognition and moral practice becomedisjointed; Interpersonal error thought; Learning motivation is not strong, employmentpreparation shortage; Lack of communication with their parents; After school life drab.Reason has four aspects: from a social perspective, the moral "disorder", the develop-ment of the Internet, etc reasons; From family to see, there is the family education ofone-sided, of family groups such as special change causes; From the school view, hastaught, light body weight regulating demand, heavy skills education, humanities educa-tion etc reasons; From students’ view, has known backward and psychological inferiori-ty wait for a reason. According to above investigation, puts forward education countermeasures as fol-lows:1. Update the traditional moral education concept, strengthen the education of stu-dents in concept.2. Make accord with secondary vocational school students practical moral educationtargets and contents, will professional ethics education throughout the student’s studyand practice.3. To improve the teaching methods, enhance the emotional exchange with students,and pay attention to the students’ moral practice, promote the students’ knowledge, feel-ings, a line of unification.4. Strengthen the construction of campus culture, the introduction of enterprise culture,and students build good cultural atmosphere. Also called for active participation in thefamily and society, form the moral education together.The innovation of this paper place is through the develop students’ moral educationways to improve the actual effect of vocational school moral education, so as to achievethe secondary vocational school moral education to provide some theoretical basis andthe purpose of the constructive Suggestions.
