The World Exposition Stamp Design Exploration

The world expo is the showcase event of the world economy，science，technology andculture. The stamps of world expo，as an important carrier of the spread of culture， havehad one hundred years history，it has become the important part of culture. In this paper，through the combing of the history of the stamps， the world expo stamps developmentwill be divided into three stages and based on this world expo itself， i summarized thestamps economic，memorial， cultural and aesthetic value. At the same time，through thestudy of the present situation of the stamps，i analyzes the characteristics，the expressionaltechnique and the future world expo stamps in form and put forward the idea to thematerial qualitative，issue form. This paper aims to further clear the world expo stampshistorical significance and the value， improve the relevant theory and to provide someuseful help to the future design of the stamps.
