In order to strengthen the reform of the College of Physical Education in curriculum development, and improve the quality of teaching, better training of the new century to adapt to the special talents of the Physical Education, the organization of colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education,2004, drafted in September, University of Physical Education undergraduate Main Courses Teaching Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the syllabus). Implementation of the syllabus of physical education major plays a guiding role; it is an important basis for schools to develop teaching tasks and materials construction. From the updated thinking and changing concepts start from the situation of teachers, curriculum, teaching objectives and learning evaluation aspects of innovation and reform, achieved some success in schools continuously improve.These studies are as follows:(1) Henan Province, some colleges and universities fitness training class curriculum there are still some problems, in the arrangement of teaching content, teaching methods used by teachers and teaching in the form factors, and the syllabus to develop teaching objectives, training The goal is not consistent, needs to be improved.(2) In Henan Colleges Fitness training class overall quality of teachers needs to be improved in the title, the numbers still have senior professional titles is too much, most will remain in the teaching assistant and lecturer level; teachers for senior referee, Fitness Instructor Level status not very seriously; tend to getting younger and younger age, the relative lack of experience in teaching their weaknesses, their own quality and teaching ability to be improved.(3) The training objectives of aerobics special class curriculum goals and physical education professionals should have the consistency; there is disparity in the actual teaching and the target, too many technical courses, theory courses less Henan Aerobics Specific teaching content common; teachers, students in the teaching content are not satisfied, the teachers want to increase class time, increase the types of lessons, the students hope to get more teaching knowledge and ability in the learning process, most schools still did not pay attention to the students various development ability.(4) Evaluation of teaching and usually results and the level of theoretical knowledge more contempt, and neglect the evaluation of students ’learning process; neglect the evaluation of students’ comprehensive ability, the development of individual students, the change is not enough concern, more single appraisal.(5) Calisthenics class time allocation is not reasonable, the teaching materials is subject to the harmonization and updating of the theory of the teaching process, do not focus on the practicality of the teaching content and the scientific theory of the content of learning.(6) Henan Colleges and Universities in fitness training class to use the venue is more reasonable, but the site also need to be normalized, most colleges and universities aerobics, dance sports, gymnastics share a gymnasium; the demand for special equipment, the majority of universities do not Aerobics special class equipment, such as pedals, fitness ball, yoga mat.
