Teaching quality is a measure of the effectiveness of teaching target, so it’s the approach and the final goal of the education reform to improve the quality of teaching. Since the implementation of new curriculum, Chinese teaching is still exist many problems, and the students’ Chinese accomplishment is still not improved significantly. in the final analysis, the reason is that the quality of Chinese teach and learn process is lack of effective control and protection. Therefore, I introduce the concept、the content and method of the quality management in the enterprise management into Chinese teaching, and it will format a new quality assurance study on the Chinese teaching and learning process, namely, the quality management of Chinese teaching and learning process.The quality management of Chinese teaching and learning process is to direct and control the entire process of Chinese teaching and learning activities, as well as coordinate the activities’ process. It will control the quality of teaching and learning level on different angle, such as the quality science、management science、pedagogy and psychology and so on. Total quality management is the guidance of the concept on the implementation of quality management. Its core idea is" three-wide" thought, that is full participation in quality management, the whole process of quality management and total quality management. It may be better to deepen Chinese curriculum quality concept, so that everyone who take part in the Chinese teaching and learning process (including teachers, students, school leaders, professionals and parents) have a strong sense of quality. It is in view of the whole process of Chinese teaching and learning (including the design of teaching and learning, the implementation of teaching and learning, the evaluation of teaching and learning). Various factors and links in the entire process are incorporated into the category of quality management. Chinese teaching and learning process quality management includes Four level which are feed-forward management, site management, feedback management and continuous improvement and total quality management model of PDCA cycle as the core idea. There is the quality monitoring in each link from design (Plan), executive (Do),(Check) to improve detection (Action).The quality management of Chinese teaching and learning process can fundamentally control every aspect of the whole process and ensure the validity of every aspect. Besides, it provides a scientific guarantee measures to improve the quality of language teaching. So in this thesis, I try to make clear the train of thought about the Chinese teaching and learning process of quality management, including the quality management philosophy, concepts, ideas, and the principle of work. On the other hand I will elaborate a series of operational management strategy, according to the PDCA process to a concrete analysis on various methods of work of the Chinese Teaching and learning in the whole process of quality management. And solve the problems of management control、improvement, and practice of Chinese teaching and learning.
