With today’s social environment is complicated, in recent years, a series of major casualties, financial loss, ecological impact of unexpected events happen in succession, which seriously affect the stability of social environment. Therefore, study on the crisis management of attached great importance by the society, and then into the management of science research a new focus. Because the school is public management the most easily affected groups, is the most easy to popularize and carry out crisis management group, the emergency management is very important and special position. In response to public event processing capabilities tend to be more a test of school organization and management capacity, play school important social responsibility function. In this paper, through case analysis, for primary and secondary school may appear in the crisis of research classification, through the case analysis to find different crisis causes and different crisis event characteristics. At the same time, this article also through literature review on emergency, crisis, contingency, primary and secondary sudden public incidents and other concepts and types of features are defined and analyzed, the fully formulated corresponding contingency plans for the foundation, summed up a series of primary and secondary school crisis coping strategies, to improve the ability of self management on the basis of, also hope for primary and middle school in our country public event management may provide some reference to the theory and practice of project experience.
