Classroom teaching evaluation is an important part of education evaluation, it isalso an considerable means of teaching evaluation functions, taking a significantposition in teaching. On the other hand, bad classroom teaching effect is one biggestmatter that troubles new teachers. In order to develop teaching evaluation criteria ofhigh school mathematics for new teacher development and enhancing their teachingeffect, two issues that mentioned above were investigated in the paper.Evaluation of classroom teaching, especially the history and current situation ofhigh school mathematics teaching evaluation, was analyzed in this thesis with greatamount literature reading. A preliminary analysis of teaching styles, mathematicscharacteristics of high school, new teacher training and the matters of high schoolmath teachers was also made. Consider the various elements above, classroomteaching behaviors were divided by the center of teachers’ classroom behaviors. Focuson the role of classroom teaching behaviors in high school mathematics teaching, tomake teaching evaluation criteria of high school mathematics.For the purpose of improving classroom teaching effect of high school mathematics,teaching evaluation criteria of high school mathematics was made with the basis oftheoretical studies. The first step is questionnaire survey combined with interviews,collect views on the importance of classroom teaching behaviors and the issuesencountered by new teachers in teaching. The second step is questionnaire surveyanalyze, determine the classification of evaluation criteria which dividing into twoaspects that classroom teaching essential elements and teaching characteristics.Classroom teaching essential elements were divided to three major aspects thatteaching passion, content of courses, using knowledge.Each aspect contents9terms.Teaching characteristics were listed10options with multiple choices. In additionally,matters that not covered in options can be added in supplement, includingcomplement and recommendations. This study was conducted by two ways, on of that was the author took a teaching experiment for about two months in teaching practice,according to teaching preparation and teaching options in teaching evaluation criteriaof high school mathematics made in this article studies. Another was recommendedthe teaching evaluation criteria of high school mathematics to the other new teachersin the school. Practice proves that it take a significant role to improve teaching effectof new teachers, and it is easy to operated and practicality.This thesis researches the perspective of improving teaching effectiveness of newteachers by classroom teaching evaluation criteria. Classroom teaching evaluation andnew teacher training are important and vast subjects, they need further a greatinvestment to get comprehensive and detailed studies, also require a lot of testpractices. |
