The Graduate Student Quality Model Based On Oil Enterprise Talent Demand Research

Along with the increased enrollment and graduate employment mentality change, all trades and professions graduate employment rate is too low has been a popular focus. This paper chooses the oil industry as a research field, which is generally high paid, better treated and popularly favored by candidates.The research based on the demand for high-quality talents in petroleum enterprises, a high degree of graduate quality evaluation is in a better representation in the field of employment.This paper is based on the domestic petroleum enterprise management status and social science, management science and other disciplines. It takes graduate employment problem as the research background and the domestic and foreign quality research results as the basis. It also takes research methods which are the combination of qualitative and quantitative, theory and practice to define the concept and to carry on the empirical investigation and expert analysis. This article focuses on the model of talent quality needs from the reality. Firstly, according to the development of the oil industry, combining the characteristics of each big company’s development strategy, we can analyze current oil enterprises’employing demand feature, current situation, and the influence factors. And we also prospect the petroleum enterprises" employing demand development trend and direction in the future period. Secondly, we make an open questionnaire to the petroleum enterprises" employing demand quality. And we select appropriate indicators of graduate quality’model based on the questionnaire’s result of the oil companies employment needs and the previous research results. Then we can build the graduate student’s quality model based on the oil companies’ personal needs.At last, we should sublimate the model we get in the theoretical and practical. In this paper we select the students from Southwest Petroleum University as the survey object and construct graduate quality model of the Southwest Petroleum University. And then we give different proposals from three perspectives:the oil companies, universities, graduate students.
