Students are the dominant part and teacher play assistant role.2) training skills:①unrepeated. The acquisition and improvement of physical skills need constant repeating, but Outward Bound need no more repeating.②Outward Bound does not need sports technology, its operation does not require teachers specialized sports teaching. The selection of the training is cautious and normally don’t need specialized technology.3) Physical health.①the selection of projects is based on the preliminary survey of students’mental situation and their physical ability to complete the items.②the project have little impact on students’physical fitness,due to its lack of repeating.4) Mental health. From beginning to the end, the process of Outward Bound is focused on the feeling of students.①targeted. Based on the surveys before training, the selection of training program can be more targeted, so the training can get much effect on students’mental education. That is why Outward Bound is so popular in school.② real-time. the operating of the Outward Bound is based on the survey before class.5) Adaption to social life. As well as mental education, Outward Bound has positive impact on students’ability to adapt to social life. The accomplishment of Outward Bound needs exchanging and encouraging among students.2. Outward Bound is more adaptive to mental education. it is in line with the trend of mental education, reflecting mental health education’s characteristics. So, sometimes, psychological teachers can be more professional.
