Based on the importance of oral communication in real life and today’s society, developing the students’ communicative ability is in the prominent position. Faced with the dazzling lively scene of oral communication in teaching, this paper try to find out a theory to reveal the essential rule of sprechen as a fundamental theory of oral communication teaching guidance.By sorting the diachronic of oral communication teaching, it is to clarify the root of determining sprechen quality-thinking, and guide teaching using contemporary non-conceived writing theory. Through the practice of four basic thinking operation technique--Strategic thinking, text thinking, informs thinking, pathway thinking, to make students understand the mystery of sprechen, master the thinking operation technique of sprechen that can spread fully and orderly, and know how to express it, so that they can overcome the original blind ineffective training, and get rid of the misunderstanding of oral communication teaching.At the same time, this paper also cited the focus consciousness and incidental consciousness theory by Michael, a Philosopher of Science from the UK, so as to guide the usual oral communication training and macroscopical oral communicative behavior, and make oral communication performed smoothly. Paper consists of six parts.The introduction is about the research into oral communication and the present situation of oral communication teaching, analysing the achievements and the problems and defects that the theory in teaching bring about; the core part of this paper is about practical application of the non-conceived theory and Poland’s focal awareness and consciousness theory, the construction of oral communication teaching model and teaching case design. In this part, it analyzes the practical problems and solutions in detail that we come across possibly in the application of the theory, so that we can carry out and implement the oral communication theory in teaching step by step. The construction of the oral communication teaching model provides reference for general operating mode for teachers’ teaching and students’ training. The design of the case teaching is to provide students with clear, intuitive specific individual cases.
