Learning motivation is the issue that is focused on by education and psychology. Adopting Various Means, different researcher have had a long-term study on different subjects. Currently, pre-school education students, who were failed in high school entrance exam, did not develop good study habits and nor received academic affirmation. Lacking clear future planes, they are in a inactive and undisciplined state in cultural Lessons. They may have zeal for painting, singing and dancing, but not for required courses such as infant literature. The author agrees that pre-school education students play the principal role in preschool education of the future. Their study quality directly affects the growth of children. So it is necessary to study the pre-school education students’ state of learning motivation in depth and find the ways to stimulate their learning motivation in order to strengthen their major to meet the need of society.In this article, comparing the national status of pre-school education students cultivation with other countries, on the basis of the facts of pre-school education students cultivation, the author gradually studies the status of pre-school education students’ learning motivation in cultural Lessons with own teaching Experience through questionnaire surveys and interviews, and analyses the reason which causes the pre-school education students’ current studying status. Having knowned the students well, the author solves the students’ problems targeted. This article combines theory and practice together, and is a very practical one.This article analyses pre-school education students’ learning motivation based on Albert Bandura’s self-efficacy theory. Apply various teaching methods to stimulate students’ learning interests, and develop activities on base of students’ level to make them gain much more positive encouragement during infant literature studying and improve their learning motivation of literacy lessons. The study presents that tedious lessons can become dynamic by using various teaching methods, and then inactive and undisciplined students pay more and more attention to the content of courses.
